The City has decided to restart construction on the Cabot Street road project. Road closures from Pond Street to Federal Street will occur.

The Marchese crew continues to pour sections of the concrete sidewalks from Pond St up to the bump out at Federal Street. Some sections of sidewalks between Federal St and Bow Street will also be prep’d and poured.

This week the Marchese crew will continue to finish pouring the remaining sections of the concrete sidewalks from Pond St to Federal St. The new bump out at Pond St will be constructed and concrete poured. They will also be working on grading and prep for the new sidewalks in the stretch from Federal St to Bow St.
